Fund Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: • Preparing backups • Updating internal systems • Preparing account opening documentation • Providing timely updates for the clients • Communicating with market providers around the world via email and phone • Preparing reports for the clients • Participating in internal calls

Candidate's Profile: • Good English (at least written/spoken B2) • Good communication skills • MS Office (excel, outlook), Adobe Acrobat Reader, Nuance Power PDF (preferable) • Good level of personal organization • Analytical thinking • Ability to multitask, work under strict deadlines and with attention to details • Background in finance or law is preferable, but not required
