Supply Chain & Warehouse Specialist (part-time)

We are looking for the well-organized, active person who will play a key role in the efficient operations related to the warehouse, logistics activities and customer service.

In this role, primary focus will be to coordinate receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping of products. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in the medical devices environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Coordination processes related with shipments and supply chain: planning and controlling, oversee of incoming products and materials, control quality and accuracy, prepare orders for shipment, ensure that all outbound shipments are accurate, properly packaged

·       Inbound and Outbound processes knowledge

·       Customs Clearance: Experience with customs regulations and clearance procedures

·       Inventory management: track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurate and up-to-date, perform regular stock audits and reconciliations

·       Part of the responsibilites will include Customer service activities: support customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, handling emails, and responding to phone calls

·       Order fulfilmet: process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensure that the correct items are send, according to order specifications, ensure timely delivery

·       Warehouse organization: maintain an organized relevant working environment, ensure proper storage of products and materials according to their characteristics, optimize warehouse layout and product placement for easy access and efficiency

·       Safety and compliance

·       Documentation management: prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and records of all transportation activities

·       Problem resolution: address and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipping

·       Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, and customer service) to align efficiency

Our Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar role, in a medical devices Company will be a benefit

• Available to work part-time

• Knowledge of SAP or related program

• Higher education – from Logistic, supply Chain or related

• Understanding of supply chain systems and processes, with proactive approach to the optimazation of processes

• Analytical, structured and organized

• Goals oriented Candidate, with commitment to cooperate with business and delivering results

• Fluent English language knowledge (written and spoken)
