Your responsibilities

1. Lead multiple transitions for the client’s GBS Hub, ensuring seamless knowledge, system, and capability transfers across functions.
2. Enable successful go-lives for transitions.
3. Plan and execute full or partial transition programs across various functions.
4. Review project proposals, define goals, milestones, timelines, and required resources.
5. Manage end-to-end transitions of processes from local sites to the GBS Hub.
6. Collaborate with Function Leads, GBS teams, and local stakeholders.
