Requirements description

• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, including building and maintaining custom automation frameworks
• 2+ years of solid experience in backend and API testing, with a focus on validating RESTful services, integration points, and data flows across distributed systems
• Proficient in testing data processing systems, especially those managing time-series or measurement data, built on microservices architecture with asynchronous communication (e.g., message queues, event-driven systems)
• Skilled in testing data engineering solutions, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and data transformation workflows
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end API and UI tests
• Detailed understanding of testing methodologies, with experience in system and regression testing
• Fluent English and Polish for daily communication
• Hands-on experience in web test automation
• Proficient in programming with JavaScript or TypeScript and relevant testing frameworks such as Mocha, Playwright, and NodeJS
• Experience with Scrum or Agile/Kanban methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities

Your responsibilities

1. Test planning and execution: creating and performing both manual and automated tests to ensure our software behaves as expected
2. Bug tracking: identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and errors found during testing
3. Team collaboration: working closely with the development team to ensure new functionalities meet business requirements
4. Scenario development: developing well-structured and reusable test scenarios and QA guides
5. Activity coordination: estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities
6. Automation development: designing, developing, and executing automated scripts and tests
