Your responsibilities

1. Form close working relationships with stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with Global and Regional Model Risk Stewardship colleagues to escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
3. Support the execution of the Group Model Risk policies and implement Operational Risk and Non- Financial Risk Programme deliverables.
4. Adopt a risk management and internal control structure, referred to as the Three Lines of Defence, to ensure it achieves its commercial aims while meeting regulatory and legal requirements and its responsibilities to stakeholders, customers and staff. All staff must familiarise themselves and adhere at all times with the role and supporting responsibilities they play in the Three Lines of Defence.
5. Enhance risk understanding and control across HSBC’s Products and Services across the Global Business / Function.
6. Work closely with key stakeholders within the Global Business / Global Function on reporting of progress against appetite and the adequacy of policy and the control environment.
