Requirements description

• Work experience of at least 3-5 years as a service/product owner, IT project manager or in a similar role
• Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT5 and ISO standards
• Proven track record in designing and operating IT-Services / implementation projects
• Technical knowledge in the IT enterprise environment
• Strong Project Management skills, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels
• Customer-oriented approach, communicative team player with assertiveness
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience in the collection and reporting of financial data
• Excellent English skills

Your responsibilities

1. Implement the operational strategy for digital services, aligning with overall business objectives
2. Ensure that operational processes support the reliability, scalability, recoverability, security and efficiency of digital services
3. Develop analytics and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and areas for Service improvement
4. Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with global standards
