• At least 4 years of commercial experience

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Ability to design and implement AI systems.

• Experience with deploying LLMs and building RAG pipelines.

• Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and output monitoring.

• Ability to design data processing workflows(ingestion, parsing, OCR).

Your responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing AI-powered systems that automate complex compliance-related tasks.
2. Building, testing, and optimizing RAG pipelines that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
3. Developing solutions for information extraction from documents, including OCR and custom parsers.
4. Creating internal tools for prompt engineering, data labeling, and performance monitoring.
5. Collaborating closely with backend and product teams to ensure scalability and production readiness of AI components.
