Our partner is a tech-driven company with an in-house Fintech solution, launching a new arbitrage division focused on the Indian market (gambling and betting). The project involves rapid testing and scaling, integrated with proprietary payment infrastructure.

We’re looking for entrepreneurial candidates ready to build a business within an established company. Prior experience with Indian affiliate networks is a strong plus.

Your responsibilities

1. – Develop and execute India-specific GTM strategy
2. – Select traffic sources and optimize performance (including grey-hat approaches)
3. – Monitor core metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
4. – Adapt payment flows for local market specifics
5. – Scale campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google UAC, DSP, Push)
6. – Implement anti-fraud systems and bypass platform restrictions
