Requirements description

• Experienced (4+ years) in executing the Scrum Master role in a diversified and global team;
• Experience in the industry environment and the area of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) are a plus
• SCRUM Certification (minimum PSM II) or (minimum Advanced)
• Strong skills in Azure DevOps (SCRUM and AGILE Templates)
• German language upper-intermediate level and higher would be a big plus

English: Upper-Intermediate

Our team is looking for a Senior Scrum Master for one of our clients.

Our customer is a global organization with over 4,000 employees dedicated to creating filtering solutions. Their products are used in a wide range of applications, including mobile devices, IoT, and automotive. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, they have research, development, and manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia.

The projects involve developing services for managing the workflow of microchip manufacturing. We’re building a suite of microservices that enable control over individual steps in the manufacturing process, including tasks like geometric data acquisition, parameter adjustments, and result logging

Your responsibilities

1. Carry Team(s) (intended 1; maximum 2) through the SCRUM Framework / Process;
2. Organizing/Facilitating and preparing the SCRUM Events;
3. Extensive support for POs in his role from Munich, Singapore, Wuxi;
4. Support your colleagues in the SCRUM Framework / Process;
5. Adjust the Process / Framework to the needs of the company and people where it is needed;
6. Improve Agile Release Train performance;
