Requirements description

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Expert-level React Native experience (iOS and Android)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript (ES7+ features)
• Experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging (iOS/Android)
• Experience with mobile testing tools (e.g., Jest, Detox)
• Experience deploying to the App Store and Google Play
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps
• Comfortable working with Git and in small, collaborative teams
• Advocate for smooth, responsive, pixel-perfect mobile UI/UX

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Expo (and when not to use it)

Your responsibilities

1. We’re seeking a senior React Native developer to join the Big Human team in building world-class mobile applications. You should have at least 6 years of relevant industry experience, with deep expertise in mobile development using React Native. You should be comfortable working on cross-platform applications and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs. Experience with mobile app deployment and the full app lifecycle is a must. Most importantly, you should enjoy tackling technical challenges across a diverse range of projects while writing clean, maintainable code.
