• Several years of technical leadership experience

• You are a team player with good people skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others

Compensation Data

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2-3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 19.500 PLN gross per month.

Your responsibilities

1. you focus on value creation through technical domain leadership, delivery  and execution 
2. You will bring different engineering teams and stakeholders together to create the best possible Dynatrace experience for our customers (use-case focus)  
3. You are a close sparring partner to Product Management as a counselor and challenger to the Product Roadmap and are responsible for bringing the roadmap to life and our customers 
4. You drive technical decisions and are responsible for end-to-end delivery at a high-quality and in time 
5. You will form internal project teams and coordinate cross-team activity to enhance value creation You will work with many roles across the company to plan and break down the “WHAT problem we want to solve” into the “HOW to solve it”  
6. You make sure that the teams are aligned with our roadmap and that they can focus on their charter
