Requirements description

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to simplify complex issues and drive change.

• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), especially in Service Continuity, Change, and Incident Management.

• Hands-on experience with Data Discovery and Encryption tools (e.g., Protegrity, Symantec/Broadcom, Veritas).

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (EU Data Privacy, CIS, NIST).

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in regulated environments and financial institutions is a plus.

• Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous but not required.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation of Data Discovery and Encryption technologies.
2. Support the delivery of security tooling and controls aligned with global standards.
3. Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to execute enterprise-wide security strategies.
4. Monitor and manage IT security risks, ensuring effective compliance.
5. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and vendors.
6. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
