Requirements description

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and web technologies
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend services
• Solid knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Newman
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, or Jest
• Proven experience with automated testing frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Testim
• Exposure to performance and load testing tools
• Experience testing cloud-based applications deployed on Azure or GCP
• Strong debugging skills and hands-on experience in analyzing test failures and improving test reliability and coverage
• Comfortable working in CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+)

Office location: Kraków, Poland

Salary levels: 16 000 – 19 000 PLN/ month

Work Style: hybrid (2-3 days from the office / week preferred), We are open to a more flexible arrangement for candidates located outside the Krakow area.

Your responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for backend, frontend, and mobile applications to ensure reliable and scalable test coverage.
2. Stay deeply involved in test automation and framework development, proactively debugging complex issues and contributing to high-quality software delivery.
3. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
4. Promote and uphold QA best practices including test automation, CI/CD integration, regression testing, and performance validation.
5. Continuously optimize QA workflows and identify opportunities for improving test effectiveness and execution speed.
6. Evaluate, recommend, and implement QA tools and frameworks aligned with the team’s technology stack.
