We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Scrum Master for the Cloud SRE Pod, based out of Poland (Krakow). Your role will be key in facilitating agile processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of infrastructure initiatives and products, aligning with the strategic objectives of iWPB Digital Platforms and delivering value to our retail banking customers. You will work closely with our delivery and engineering teams, as well as our colleagues in ITID, to support the delivery of world-class service across 300+ Digital Banking services globally. Your responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for the Cloud SRE Pod as well as coach and mentor the engineering team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Help the Product Owner in defining and articulating the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cloud SRE Pod's infrastructure products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall iWPB Digital Platform goals as well as help the team in translating business needs and customer requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support the team in prioritising the product backlog based on business value, foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Manage initiatives which can provide new products to the business
Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Help provide estimates for recharge and resource to the business or application project manager and help ensure infrastructure billing is as per agreed estimates.
