Your responsibilities

1. Drive Software Order Excellence: Take full ownership of software orders—overseeing everything from entry and validation to renewals, invoice verification, and chargebacks.
2. Master the Details: Keep meticulous records of every order, payment, and transaction, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
3. Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Software Asset Managers (SAM), Business Controllers, Finance, Contract Managers, to ensure seamless, compliant order management.
4. Delight Our Internal Customers: Be the trusted point of contact for order status, delivery timelines, and rapid issue resolution.
5. Solve Problems Fast: Tackle discrepancies and customer concerns with confidence and creativity.
6. Analyze & Advise: Turn data into insights—generate and interpret reports on order status, sales trends, and inventory levels to guide business decisions.
