Requirements description

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research focused on processes, products, and digital services.
  • High independence in planning and conducting user research and analyzing the results obtained.
  • Strong skills and organization in research work, with extensive use of automation and AI tools in the research process.
  • Experience in conducting complex research projects covering the full user journey across offline and online channels.
  • An ethnographic approach to research work, with the ability to deeply immerse yourself in user contexts.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility and the ability to work with people with special needs – critical for our activities in the Accessibility group of the Banking Technology Forum.
  • Familiarity with User-Centered Design and Design Thinking methods and techniques, enabling the facilitation of research workshops.
  • Willingness to travel abroad and work in an international environment – we conduct research projects in various locations worldwide, including Africa and South America.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English at a C1 level – the researcher’s role includes meetings with clients from around the world, presenting reports, and discussing recommendations.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding cultural differences in the context of user research.
