Requirements description

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar field
  • Fluency in English and Polish (C1 level or higher)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HR tools (TETA system is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law and employment regulations
  • Knowledge of work permit procedures for foreigners (would be an asset)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Good command of MS Office and MS365 environments
  • A proactive, process-oriented approach and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while navigating a complex, fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities

  1. Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes)
  2. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal policies
  4. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations
  6. Manage and optimize HR workflows across multiple systems and tools
