YOUR PROFILE

  • French language: very good verbal and written
  • Experience in a managerial position
  • Organizational Skills: excellent at managing time, tasks, and resources efficiently.
  • Communication: clear and effective in both written and verbal communication.
  • Adaptability: able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • ITIL certificate
  • Basics of the SRE methodology
  • Technical background / awareness

Your responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate technical team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the squad's objectives. Act as a promoter: develop career paths in collaboration with team members, responsible for identification, assessment and alignment of the key competencies required to be successful on the available career paths.
  2. Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the squad and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track the squad's performance, providing feedback and support to help team members improve and succeed.
  4. Problem-Solving: Address any issues or obstacles that arise, helping the team to find solutions and maintain progress.
  5. Project Management: Ensure the monitoring of project status, share business constraints, validate transition to operation
