Who We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, use case creation, and business process modeling
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for system analysis
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex challenges creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Polish and English ( min. B2 level) for documentation and stakeholder communication

4. Mapping and analyzing business processes relevant to ongoing projects
5. Collaborating with internal and external software development teams
6. Creating, maintaining, and updating comprehensive analytical documentation
