Your responsibilities

1. Define and own the holistic design vision from ideation to execution
2. Lead and mentor a design team, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals
3. Create and communicate design decisions via wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
4. Present and pitch design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
5. Facilitate workshops with business, analysts, and tech teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions
6. Promote consistency and quality across the team’s design work
