• Willing to learn how to conduct workshops and run meetings with clients/colleagues

• Experience in project management from other industries or student activities
• Interest in the IT field
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions that enhance work efficiency.
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
• No prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in IT industry is required

Your responsibilities

1. Attending project meetings with the Proxy Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members)
2. Shadowing Proxy Product Owners while collaborating on a project
3. Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap)
4. Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
5. Learning best practices & growing
6. Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team
