We are looking for a Senior Business and Data Analyst to join a commercial operations analytics (P2C) initiative within a global pharmaceutical organization. The role is fully remote (within EMEA time zone) and involves direct business partnering, deep data work and stakeholder collaboration.

Your responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze requirements with senior stakeholders
2. Read and interpret SQL and stored procedures to understand business logic
3. Document use cases, processes and requirements (functional/non-functional)
4. Support data analysis and create dashboards using tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot
5. Ensure traceability and quality of requirements through their lifecycle
6. Help stakeholders translate business needs into clear data-driven decisions
