YOUR PROFILE

• n-depth knowledge and extensive support/operational experience, particularly in:

• Microsoft AZURE Cloud and related AZURE products and services

• Dedicated Managed Compute: good knowledge of operating a Azure Local Stack and a VMware ESX environment and good skills in MS Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise

• Monitoring: good knowledge of Azure Monitor, Grafana and VMware vRealize Operations

• Data Center Automation: good understanding (theory and practice) of infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Azure Bicep and Ansible managed by Azure DevOps

• Storage: good knowledge of operating Storage systems incl. vSAN and Azure storage

• Backup and Archive: good knowledge of operating a scalable Dell EMC Power Protect Data Domain 9x Additional skills

• Good understanding of ITIL processes

• Experience with Knowledge Acquisition, documentation and management

• Team player and (pro) active attitude (Share your knowledge and learn from others)

• Willing to learn and face new challenges

• Good communication, presentation and reporting skills
