Requirements description

• Master's degree (Bachelor´s +5) in Engineering or Computer Science, DAMA certification is a plus
• At least 10 years of experience with: data modelling in different business and projects (5 years) and integration practice (4 years)
• Sound knowledge of data architecture
• Good understanding of different types of data: master, transactional, reference data, unstructured data
• Good understanding of Data Governance concepts and processes incl Data quality criteria
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts (capabilities, processes, applications, flows)
• Knowledge of database technologies, SAP, MES, SaaS/IaaS, IoT & plants local Edge architectures
• Good understanding of technical architecture drivers (required SLA, RTO, RPO, hosting)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration abilities
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• English – fluent, another language is a plus

The role of Data & Integration Architect is based in our office in Cracow.

The Krakow branch of Opmobility is dedicated to the Lighting business group and is located in the HighFive office complex in the heart of the city at Pawia 7 Street next to the Main Railway Station.

We work in modern conditions providing comprehensive business support in the areas of Global Purchasing, R&D, Product Development, Supplier Quality, Program Management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and IT.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead global & collaborative data modelling of OPmobility common internal conceptual Business Object Model in UML. Ensuring the completeness & coherency of the model
2. Dealing with Business and IT in order to get the global agreement within data governance community
3. Defining best practices (e.g.: modelling tool best practices usage, ensuring the link between business conceptual data model and logical data models in applications, API signatures)
4. Ensuring the usability of the model for APIs signatures
5. Ensuring complete data flows lineage are described for each AI application and where required by AI act legislation in collaboration with data teams, AI business owners and associated application responsibilities
6. Be responsible for the choice of best integration protocol/technology for each project in the company while thriving for best compromise of reusable interfaces, time to market improvements, costs optimization and respect of the common language
