• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactiveness, assertiveness and great attention detail;

Your responsibilities

1. Sourcing & screening candidates;
2. Preparing job descriptions & job board advertising;
3. Building and developing talent pools of qualified candidates;
4. Cooperating with managers to adapt to their recruitment needs and requirements;
5. Providing the best candidate experience;
6. Supporting in other HR and admin daily tasks.
