We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Automation Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have software development experience, database knowledge, and an understanding of business processes. You will leverage AI platforms like Make and N8N to enhance business operations and implement automation systems. This is a hands-on technical role that also involves business analysis to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation, assess workflows, and understand the business requirements to propose actionable automation solutions.
2. Automation Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Make and N8N. Integrate custom scripts or software solutions as needed to enhance functionality.
3. AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance automation capabilities, making processes smarter and more efficient while ensuring that business requirements are met.
4. Technical Development: Write and optimize code to support automation solutions. Work with databases to manage data workflows and ensure seamless data integration across systems. Collaborate with development team to extend the capabilities of product to unlock business potential
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to gather requirements, support automation efforts, and suggest improvements. Occasionally, support external-facing initiatives that require automation solutions.
6. Database Management: Leverage knowledge of databases to manage and automate data flow, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of business data systems.
