Technical experience and skills:

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (creation of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria in AzureDevops)
• Experience in accounting/payroll/financial reporting processes (e.g., GL, AR/AP, VAT, payroll)
• Understanding of process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• (Optional) Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Dynamics)

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the finance or consulting sector
• Proficiency in working with tools like JIRA, Confluence,
• Awareness of UAT, system validation and test planning
• Experience with SQL or querying tools

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze accounting-related requirements
2. Gather requirements and create documentation (including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria)
3. Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (functional specifications, user stories, diagrams)
4. Support developers in understanding and refining requirements
5. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and UAT sessions
6. Ensure alignment of solutions with business and compliance needs
