Requirements description

  • 6+ years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Skills in any modern programming language (Node.js, C# preferred) and database (SQL & NoSQL) queries are a plus.
  • ISTQB certification as a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+).

Office location: Kraków, Poland

Salary levels: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN/ month

Work Style: hybrid (2-3 days from the office / week preferred), We are open to a more flexible arrangement for candidates located outside the Krakow area.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute manual test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  2. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
  3. Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing to ensure software stability.
  4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance product quality.
  5. Validate fixes and perform thorough retesting of resolved issues.
  6. Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
