Requirements description

The ideal candidate for this role will possess outstanding project management, business analysis, leadership and communication skills. They should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and successfully delivering complex projects – on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

o University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

o Proactive self-starter able to take initiative and get things done with top-notch problem-solving skills

o Experience of handling FX or AI projects

o FX, EM Rates, Fix Income, Equity product knowledge

o Proven track record of dealing with key global stakeholders

o Proven track record of managing competing requirements

o Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing effective stakeholder management strategies.

o Proven ability to improve team’s engineering capability and productivity.

o Ability to anticipate and resolve issues ahead of it happening

o Knowledge and ability to interact with and advise senior stakeholders in both IT and Business.

o Experience in working in an Agile environment with a strong focus on developing engineering solutions.

o Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.

o Great attention to detail and an ability to identify and manage risk.

Your responsibilities

1. This role will carry out some or all the following activities:
2. Lead end to end project management activities including project planning, scope definition, risk management etc.
3. Oversee all phases of a live cycle to ensure the projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
4. Work with Product owners to scope out delivery requirements.
5. Work with various trading and sales teams to assess their business requirements and scope out deliveries.
6. Coordinate with global teams including business, operation, and technology teams across multiple locations.
