Requirements description

• Proven experience leading geographically distributed consultant teams

• Solid understanding of enterprise-level security technologies, processes, and organizational structures

• Technical expertise in: Fortinet (Flexible SD-WAN, Firewalls), BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA,MicrosoftTeams EV

• Experience with cloud technologies - preferably Microsoft Azure

• Capable of transforming functional requirements into comprehensive technical solutions - architecture and design documentation, Level of Effort (LoE) estimations, proposals aligned with existing and new portfolios

• Strong leadership skills- technical decision-making, managing activity pipelines, leading documentation and processes, mentoring team members

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (e.g. daily standups, sprint ceremonies)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience with SASE solutions
