As an Allocation Center Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our specialists' allocation process. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient matching between specialists and project needs, while continuously developing and improving current allocations to meet current and future demands. You will play a key role in connecting our specialists with their project assignments, with a focus on their growth and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  1. Talent Allocation: The role involves managing and coordinating all requests, ensuring that the most suitable specialist is allocated to the most suitable projects and that deployment is done in an efficient manner.
  2. Analyze: Checking employee skills and verifying CVs, including coordinating the submission of data and CV templates.
  3. Process & System Administration: Ensure up-to-date information on employee project assignments within our system.
  4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between various departments, including Technology Managers, HR, Sales, and Delivery, to support project execution and business needs.
