Requirements description

Your key skills:

• Proficient knowledge and experience with AWS or Azure
• Knowledge and experience in containerization - Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of other Cloud Providers
• Good experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Good professional experience in OS administration (e.g., Linux, Windows)
• Practical knowledge of IaC concepts and tools - Terraform
• Fluent communication skills in English

What sets you apart (we’d consider any of these a big plus):

• Experience in managing incident resolution in an independent position
• Knowledge and professional experience about CI/CD (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge and professional experience about Openshift

Your responsibilities

1. Handling monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud-native services
2. Developing automation and IaC for customer’s infrastructure and applications
3. Improving performance and availability of services running in the public cloud
4. Keeping and improving the level of customer satisfaction (including on-call)
5. Participating in the development of standards and best practices
