Your responsibilities

1. Capture, register, and process customer orders in line with their needs, agreements, and defined service levels.
2. Offer alternative products in case of shortages or withdrawals.
3. Optimize, plan, and coordinate deliveries in cooperation with partners and clients.
4. Monitor order portfolios and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
5. Notify clients proactively about any delays or issues and support resolution activities.
6. Handle customer claims and complaints – investigate root causes and provide effective solutions.
