Requirements description

• Minimum of three full ERP implementation cycles (preferably Epicor, but experience with other ERP systems is also considered).

• Experience working with Epicor ERP.

• Proficiency in English, allowing for seamless communication in both Polish and international projects.

• Ability to work remotely, organize tasks independently, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and business clients.

• Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing queries and creating reports using SSRS.

• Solid knowledge of C# and Rest API, with experience in ERP application development and integration.

• A proactive approach and eagerness to develop expertise in ERP systems, automation, and new business-supporting technologies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and integration technologies.

We focus on optimizing business processes, reducing costs, and improving overall organizational efficiency. We offer services for implementing and customizing ERP systems, often integrating them with other business applications such as CRM or SCM. We support digital transformation through technologies

such as RPA, IPA, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). We are currently looking for an experienced ERP Developer to join our internal ERP team, who will take on Team Leader responsibilities in the near future. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions using C# and REST API within the Epicor Kinetic system. Knowledge of or willingness to work with Kinetic – the modern evolution of Epicor with a new user interface and emphasis on automation and integration – is essential.

Your responsibilities

1. Designing and developing software solutions in C# and Rest API within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
2. Creating additional applications and IT tools to support the ERP system and business processes.
3. Building reports and SQL queries using BAQ, SSRS, and other analytical tools.
4. Assisting in establishing and implementing best practices for software development.
5. Working in a hybrid model (office/home office) with flexible work arrangements.
6. Collaborating with end users to analyze requirements and customize ERP solutions to meet specific business needs.
