About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounting Manager with German to join our Client's international finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate completion of books of accounts for selected entities, ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in line with ERP and consolidation tool requirements.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and coach a team of 10+ accounting professionals.
2. Manage and oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
3. Lead balance sheet substantiation and reporting of exposures.
4. Coordinate statutory audits and support tax, transfer pricing, and regulatory audits.
5. Ensure compliance with internal controls and perform control attestation activities.
6. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to resolve accounting issues.
