Requirements description

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management
• Background in a software house or digital agency environment – delivering tailor-made solutions
• Experience working with mobile and web applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full project ownership – including presales, implementation, budgeting, scheduling, and scope management
• Collaboration with international clients – primarily in Poland and Belgium
• Experience working with distributed teams (PL + BE)
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2) – daily communication with clients
• Strong multitasking and self-organization skills
• Close cooperation with engineering and delivery teams
• Independent, assertive, and solution-oriented approach – no need for micromanagement

Your responsibilities

1. Lead end to end project management activities including project planning, scope definition, risk management etc.
2. Oversee all phases of a live cycle to ensure the projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
3. This is a senior-level IT Project Manager position within a dynamic software house environment.
4. The role involves working on custom mobile and web application projects for selected international clients, with responsibilities across the full project lifecycle – from presales to delivery.
5. Assignments depend on current project needs and may vary in scope, duration, and complexity. The exact nature and stage of projects will be determined by ongoing client demand.
