Requirements description

• 4-5+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in data or e-commerce digital product environments
• Proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Kafka, Snowflake and data ingestion concepts would be a plus
• Experience working with Jira, confluence
• Experience with Magento, CRM platforms would be a plus
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, compliance reglamentations.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
• Understanding of modeling techniques and IT landscape in the functional area

Your responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation
2. Collaborate with business Stakeholders to understand needs and define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
3. Translate the high-level requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
4. Draft clear and testable functional specifications for developers and coordinate with the developers to ensure the technical feasibility.
5. Support in building the KPI’S definitions and aligning the logic with business stakeholders and help ensure KPI’S accuracy.
6. Maintain the glossaries, dashboard documentation and data source mappings
