Your responsibilities

1. providing excellent customer service (supporting Portuguese clients)
2. building up positive relationships with customers
3. resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
4. providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
5. monitoring of the situation on financial markets
6. working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
