Requirements description

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with both agency & in-house exposure.
  • Proven experience hiring software engineers, DevOps, QA, or Data roles in an international environment.
  • Hands-on sourcing skills with modern tools & platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, X-ray).
  • Great communication in English (B2+), both written and spoken – it’s our working language.
  • Great organizational skills – able to handle multiple roles and priorities at once.
  • Proactive, curious mindset, and a creative approach to finding & engaging talent.
  • Team player attitude with a sense of humor – we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who wants to take full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, drive sourcing strategies, and have a real impact on how we grow as a company.

Your responsibilities

  1. Run end-to-end international IT recruitment, from intake meetings with hiring managers to the offer stage.
  2. Design and execute active sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, and beyond.
  3. Manage job ads, social media content, and employer branding initiatives to keep our pipeline healthy and diverse.
  4. Build relationships with external partners (agencies, tech communities) to broaden our reach.
  5. Stay ahead of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
  6. Represent Scalac at meetups, conferences, and networking events (both on-site and virtual).
