YOUR PROFILE

• 7-12 years of experience in the fulfilment / order management & logisitcs area of supply chain.
• Extensive experience working in a global business environment; consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading the transformation implementations and experience in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design and documentation preparation.
• Advanced knowledge and extensive working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is essential.
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training).
• At least Bachelor’s Degree educational background and English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the development and delivery of supply chain fulfilment projects for various clients and across different industries.
2. Collaborate with C-level management to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions.
3. Oversee order management and logistics systems implementations within the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations fulfilment capability.
4. Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations, including advanced automation and analytics solutions.
5. Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements.
6. Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client.
