Requirements description

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technology environment.
• Experience working on cybersecurity-related products or in close collaboration with security teams.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and understanding of technology stacks: TypeScript, React, AWS, Postgres.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Ability to conduct discovery and prioritize product initiatives.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of the application lifecycle and the threat modeling process.
• Ability to align technological, regulatory, and product requirements.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience scaling AI-based products in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as the Google Agentic Framework.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).

Our client specializing in custom software development and technology consulting for international clients. We are looking for a Product Owner to join a newly formed team for an insurance sector project.

Location: 100% remote

Salary: 120-140 PLN net+VAT/h; B2B

Your responsibilities

1. End-to-end product lifecycle management-from identifying user needs, through developing strategies and roadmaps, to implementation and solution scaling.
2. Translating concepts and industry requirements (including in the field of cybersecurity) into coherent product goals and specifications.
3. Coordinating cross-functional teams combining engineering, data analysis, and information security.
4. Planning and supervising the execution of development work and product priorities.
5. Validating and refining ideas through testing, user research, and iterative feedback collection.
6. Ensuring product compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
