• Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling
• At least one year of experience in team management
• Higher education, preferably in finance
• Experience in creating controlling structures from scratch
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience in working with Power BI
• Decision-making skills and high initiative
• Openness to change and implementation of new solutions
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to cooperate at various levels of the organisation
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to plan work and act under time pressure
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level

Your responsibilities

1. Responsibility for the budgeting process
2. Monthly reporting of financial results
3. Supervision of expenses and cost control within the organisation
4. Initiating, developing and implementing new processes and controlling tools tailored to the needs of the organisation
5. Supporting key business decisions through analysis, recommendations and the development of a controlling model tailored to operational needs
6. Proactively identifying areas for improvement in controlling
