  • Functional reporting into Architecture & Technology Director/Senior Solution Lead, under the Architecture & Design Office Governance for customer account; working closely on a daily basis together
  • Leader of Consultants (Egypt & India) for customer account on various tech domains, Technical decision lead, Activity Pipeline lead, Documentation Lead, Process Lead, Team Mentor
  • Customer facing, excellent English/Polish communication skills, proactive, extravert, calm, organized, strategic thinker, decision maker, Agile mindset, objective driven, opportunity opener, able to cope with strategic sensitive environments
  • Key Architecture/Consulting stakeholder facing daily the customer Architects & Technical experts based in Krakow (Connectivity, Security, Collaboration, Cloud, OT domains)
  • Experienced working in Customer Agile environments (participating in Customer Daily Standups, actively contributing to Customer Agile Sprint related ceremonies)
  • Internal, with good understanding of security products, technologies, processes, organization complexity, etc
  • Technical Design Consultant expertise with Fortinet (Flexible SDWAN portfolio), Security (Fortinet Firewalls, BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA, SASE solutions is a plus), Voice (Teams EV), Cloud solutions (Azure)
  • Able to ramp up quickly and manage the Complex Technical Landscape of customer while leaning on Consulting Team members deep expertise for in depth analysis
  • Able to articulate Complex Technical solutions (Architecture, Design, LoE) from Customer Functional requirements based on existing/new portfolio.

Additional information:

  • The candidate together with the Senior Solution Lead Communication Services will be the head of an 8-person team (people from Egypt and India)
  • The candidate will work closely with the client's architects/solution consultants
  • Contract for at least 3 years
  • Pre-sales skills required - we will train in this regard, we offer support from an experienced KAM at the start
  • 2 days of presence in the client's office required (at least at the beginning)

Knowledge and understanding of: network security (Fortinet + SDWAN), connectivity, cloud

Your responsibilities

  1. Co-management of an 8-member team of experts (Egypt & India)
  2. Close collaboration with the client and end-client architects
  3. Presentation of technical solutions
  4. Searching for new sales leads with the client
