Requirements description

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or Quality Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in Quality Management (Software, Hardware, or Supplier), Software Development or Testing, or SW Project Management required.
• Availability to work two or three days a week in our Kraków office. (Czerwone Maki 82)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Quality metrics and their application to continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge and experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, EazyBI, Confluence)
• Working knowledge and experience with DOORS Requirement Management Tool
• Agile SW Development Methodologies preferred

Six Sigma Black belt or Green belt is a plus!

You will contribute significantly to frontloading quality efforts and conduct thorough software code review analyses to prevent defect leakage.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop and implement quality metrics to monitor and improve software quality
2. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues and areas of improvement
3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and industry best practices
4. Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as DMAIC to drive continuous improvement initiatives
5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for identified defects
6. Document and report quality assurance activities and findings
