What we’re looking for

You might be a great fit if:

• You have 3+ years building production software (frontend and backend)
• You know React, Typescript, Node.js inside-out
• You care deeply about code quality, static typing, and state machine design
• You like moving fast, but not breaking things — shipping safely matters too
• You’re excited by AI, but grounded in product thinking: how it works is cool, but what it does for users is what really counts

You need to have commercial experience with following:

• ReactJS/Typescript (Our core stack)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, node
• Experience in designing and implementing responsive layouts
• Experience building visual interfaces for web and mobile application
• Javascript, ES6+
• Interest/experience with Effect TS
• Interest/experience with XState

Bonus if:

• You’ve worked with screens / digital signage / embedded web clients
• You have experience with media playback, low-latency data pipelines, or device sync
• You’ve shipped products where UX + real-time data mattered a lot
• Scala, Functional Programming, DDD, AWS

The Role 🕵️

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help us build Fugo’s core AI platform, including the web tools, AI agents, and screen clients that power real-time visibility across large enterprises.

This role is hands-on, cross-functional, and high impact. You’ll be shipping features fast, shaping product direction, and helping us scale from a smart tool into an indispensable system.

Your responsibilities

1. Here’s a taste of what’s on our roadmap:
2. Web Client: scalable features for managing large number of playlists across very big screen networks in enterprise environments
3. Screen Player Clients: optimsing and stabilising playback on platforms like Tizen, webOS, BrightSign, Android and others. These are mission, critical devices that run 24/7, often in high-visibility environments, so reliability, performance, and zero downtime aren’t optional, they’re the baseline.
4. AI integrations: connecting Fugo to external systems (OneDrive, Notion, Salesforce, etc.) to power autonomous agent workflows
5. Gamification Engine: displaying dynamic feedback on screens when key events happen (deals closed, NPS scores rise, milestones hit)
6. Dashboard Builder: a zero-code tool for turning natural language prompts into live dashboards — no SQL required
