Currently we are expanding our department and we are looking for an experienced C++ developer to work in LTE/5G projects.

Our Product Development Unit Compute & Digital Silicon - PDU CDS is one of the main R&D units within Ericsson’s Radio Access Network domain. The unit is accountable for Ericsson products, including Baseband, Street Macro and Site solutions, both for SW and HW, over the full lifecycle. Compute & Digital Silicon is a competence center for common design functions (e.g. digital ASIC and FPGA, PCB layout, power, mechanics, thermal, interconnect, synchronization, security, packaging, material development) and tools. At R&D Center Poland we develop SW system and design solutions for baseband, interconnect, security and site products. We address telecommunication business needs from around the globe by delivering innovative software (e.g. 5G functionalities) meeting the highest telco quality.

You will join young, innovative team of  5 developers working in Poland. Team is developing software for telecommunication in LTE/5G projects, mainly in C++. Team is maintaining also their Products: HCMS (Health Check Management System) and DDH (Diagnostic Data Handler), which includes your real impact on product development and architecture.

In this role you will be working in team of experts and gaining experience in creating advanced software architectures, redesign and refactoring. You will be working with AI Tools, newest C++ standards and telecommunication technologies.

Your responsibilities

1. • Develop software for telecommunication systems (4G, 5G)
2. • Work in Agile framework (Scrum), projects managed in JIRA
3. • Test your software on real Hardware
4. • Create technical documentation for introduced software
5. • Driving activities that lead to a meaningful impact on the shape of the final software product
6. • Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
