Requirements description

•  Minimum 3 years of experience identifying transformation and automation opportunities within business processes.

•  Proven success or strong familiarity with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.

•  Awareness of Microsoft Agentic AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure Agentic AI services, and Azure AI Foundry.

•  Strong ideation skills with the ability to apply structured innovation frameworks to process and solution design.

•  Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their application in business environments.

•  Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.

•  Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling PowerPoint materials.

•  Experience in identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation within enterprise settings.

•  Working knowledge of business case development and ROI analysis.

NICE TO HAVE

•  Background in business process, experience, or service design.

As an Agentic AI Business Analyst focused on Microsoft technologies, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the future of enterprise transformation through the lens of Agentic AI. Your role is to uncover and articulate opportunities for automation and innovation by aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with complex business challenges. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are not only technically sound but also intuitive, user-centric, and impactful.
