Requirements description

• 3+ years in a Support Front Office within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and you are motivated by delivering excellent service and keen on continuing to learn.
• Solid understanding of financial products and global markets activities.
• Experience in investigating issues in logs and performing root cause analysis.
• Solid practical experience with Windows Server(log analysis, issue investigation), relational databases ( Oracle / SQL Server), and Job scheduler ( Autosys/Airflow). Knowledge on ElasticSearch/Kibana is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when managing incidents and user expectations under pressure.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to work in shifts and open to occasional on-duty weekend work.
