We’re now looking for an experienced and independent Sales Manager who:

• has a background in B2B sales within the iGaming sector (e.g., game studios, aggregators, platforms),
• can build a sales process from scratch and close deals independently,
• is ready to take full ownership and grow into a Team Lead / Head of Sales role,
• thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Your responsibilities

1. Launch and run the entire sales process: lead generation, outreach, sales calls, and deal-closing.
2. Actively sell our white-label games to international partners.
3. Represent Tequity at industry events (e.g., Malta, London, Lisbon, Brazil, USA).
4. Work closely with our founders -reporting, optimizing, scaling.
5. After your onboarding period: recruit and lead a 2–3 person sales team (CRM, KPIs, daily/weekly rituals).
