About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join a long-term project in the banking and finance sector. This is a hybrid role, with 80% focus on Java and 20% on React. You will be working on enterprise-grade applications, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Information

  • Onsite requirement: 3 days/week in Kraków office – non-negotiable
  • Project duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
  • Recruitment process: Minimum 3 interview stages
  • Mandatory Time Away: Up to 10 days/year (likely during December holiday season)

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features
  3. Implement solutions following TDD and BDD methodologies
  4. Work with Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and JMS
  5. Optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance
  6. Apply best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability
